Message I did search, but did not find anyone with a 1990 Z with a One Piece Driveshaft. The reason I ask is because I was on the powertrain industries website and saw this:

DATSUN AND NISSAN CARS AND TRUCKS COME STANDARD WITH BOTH ONE AND TWO PIECE DRIVESHAFTS. MANY OF THE TWO PIECE SHAFTS CAN BE REPLACED WITH ONE PIECE SHAFTS IF THEY ARE OF A SAFE LENGTH AND THERE IS NO INTERFERENCE WITH THE VEHICLE FRAME. WE HAVE HAD SUCCESS CONVERTING THE 210, 510, 200SX, MAXIMA AND 300ZX (EXCEPT 1990 AND LATER TURBO MODELS) TO A ONE PIECE SHAFT. THE 2WD PICKUPS WITH 2 PIECE SHAFTS HAVE A CROSS MEMBER WHICH PROHIBITS CONVERTING TO A ONE PIECE SHAFT. ON VEHICLES WITH A SLIP AND STUB USE A 1210 SLIP AND STUB WITH A 1251-21 CONVERSION UJOINT.

If anyone has a one-piece driveshaft on their 90, or can offer any advice, it would appreciated.

Thank you.
